Patrick’s practice focuses on complex litigation, including class actions with national, state-wide, and regional scope. Patrick also represents entrepreneurs, small businesses and consumers involved in commercial business disputes in both state and federal forums. Prior to joining McCallum, Methvin & Terrell, Patrick practiced in the architects, engineers, and environmental litigation group of a regional defense firm.
Patrick received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law where he served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review and Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Patrick’s student note was also selected for publication in Volume 63 of the Alabama Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from The University of Georgia. Patrick also spent several years working in the commercial real estate and finance industries before obtaining his law degree.
Patrick is a member of the state bar of Alabama and Georgia. Patrick is very active in the Young Lawyers Section of the Birmingham Bar Association and serves on the Junior Board for the Jefferson County Court Appointed Special Advocates (“CASA”). Patrick also serves as a Junior Board member for Camp Smile-A-Mile.
